times they are a-changin'.

well, i'm off to university in the fall. it's an interesting experience, i'll tell you that right now. coming from a small school and then going to university of michigan is going to be hard enough. but right now, there's a lot of uncertainty. as you can imagine, my graduating class was all very close. we were a class of 130 kids, and none of us have really known anything but each other.

recently i find myself wondering if we're all going to be friends after everything is said and done. when all the grad parties are over and we run out of excuses to see each other, how long will the 'keep in touch' sentiments we all wrote in everyone else's yearbooks last? the fear of going to a new place and being forced to meet new people is in every one of us, and i'm not sure how well i'm going to take it.

i don't want to lose anyone. i need all my friends, they're all stars and i don't know what i would do without them. they make me laugh, make me smile, and force me to have a good time even when i'm not in the mood for having fun.

basically, this is a plea to keep in touch. with all the craziness going on in our lives these days, i'm sure this is the time when we need each other more than ever. i wish we could stay in high school forever, even if it was only to socialize.
